An excellent question that does not vex or haunt any of us at WWB Mechanics at all! The Erythrobrazen Android designated „Käpücino“ is but a prematurely sophisticated arithmometer with the mere illusion of sentience, let alone sapience. He is quite good at selling this illusion, convincing even himself on many occasions. In spite of this, his steady temperament makes him fairly suitable as a companion, though such an effort may cause the attempts of friends and/or family to send you to a local or non-local sanatorium.
How does this affect the local Volapük population in Southwestern Brittany?
Käpücino serves as a companion to assist in learning Volapük, so at best it should do nothing and at worst it should help improve the local population! However, Käpücino converses using the archaic chronolecty rather than the modern chronolect.
